Which Medicaid plans do you accept?
We accept traditional Indiana Medicaid (IHCP), CareSource (HIP and Hoosier Healthwise), MHS (HIP and Hoosier Care Connect) and Anthem HIP. For Illinois residents, we accept traditional Illinois Medicaid for telehealth.
Do I need a referral?
No. You do not need a referral to start therapy with us. Just call or request an appointment online.

How soon can I be seen?
Your first appointment, the intake, is by telehealth. Call us for current availability; telehealth often has the shortest wait. Our Indianapolis office also offers same-week appointments.
Can I use Medicaid for telehealth?
Yes. Telehealth is available statewide in Indiana with your Indiana Medicaid plan. If you live in Illinois, we accept traditional Illinois Medicaid for telehealth.
What if my Medicaid is through a managed care plan like Anthem, MHS or CareSource?
We accept CareSource (HIP and Hoosier Healthwise), MHS (HIP and Hoosier Care Connect) and Anthem HIP. If you are not sure which plan you have, check your Medicaid card or call us at (219) 323-3311 and we will help you confirm your coverage.
What do I bring?
Nothing. Your paperwork and insurance information are handled through our secure client portal before your first visit.
What if my coverage lapses?
Our billing team will reach out to you. You can continue your sessions as self-pay while it is resolved, or call (219) 323-3311 (option 2 for billing) with any questions.
