Individual therapy is a one-on-one partnership between you and a trained mental health professional. It offers a private, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns—while gaining tools to manage life more effectively.

What to Expect
Your first session will focus on getting to know you—your background, your concerns, and your goals. From there, your therapist will work with you to develop a personalized plan, rooted in evidence-based practices and your individual needs. You set the pace. We walk with you.
Individual therapy is commonly held once per week for about an hour, but the frequency of appointments can be adjusted based on what makes sense for your schedule and needs.
Therapy sessions can be held in-person at one of our Northwest Indiana offices or via telehealth.
