This program is for clients ages 15+ seeking support and tools to reduce and/or cease their substance use to improve their overall mental, physical, relational, and emotional wellness.

Our Services
💬 What to Expect
This individual therapy program provides a structured, skill-based system for reducing and/or ceasing substance use. Clients will build recovery foundation skills, learn how recovery can improve functioning across multiple areas of life, and practice relapse prevention techniques.
Throughout the program, clients will:
- Identify and navigate triggers and cravings
- Create an individualized relapse prevention plan
- Develop healthy emotional regulation skills
- Challenge addiction-related thinking distortions
- Explore the dangers of denial versus the freedom of acceptance in the recovery process
Program Format
Session Format
Session format may be hybrid depending on the assigned clinician. Services are available both in-person and via telehealth.
Frequency & Duration
Clients meet with their assigned clinician once per week for 1 hour over the course of 12 consecutive weeks.
Payment Options
We accept:
- All Indiana Medicaid plans: Caresource, Anthem HIP, MHS, MDWise
- Most private insurers: Aetna, Ambetter, Anthem BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare/Optum
- Reduced-rate options for self-pay clients based on income
