Ashley Earle is a graduate of Valparaiso University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology with a criminology concentration. She went on to complete her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University.
Ashley has experience working with pre-teens, teens, and adults with varying mental health concerns, including—but not limited to—depression, anxiety, trauma, family conflict, adjusting to life transitions, school avoidance, social skills, and juvenile delinquency.
She works primarily using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, mindfulness strategies, and strengths-based techniques. Ashley’s goal is to create a safe space for clients to process any mental health challenge, find peace, and feel heard.
