Logan D. Hess graduated with his Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Indianapolis. Much of his experience as a student counselor involved working with clients of all ages suffering from cancer and other related issues. He is very passionate about OCD, anxiety, and adjustment disorders.
Logan believes that counseling is a process where people come together in order to grow and believe in themselves. He uses many techniques involving combating negative self-talk and teaching self-compassion.
