Rachael is a therapist intern pursuing a Master's degree in Couple and Family Therapy at Purdue University Northwest. She provides and maintains a shame-free and understanding space for clients to feel safe to open up. Rachael encourages her clients to process the most difficult aspects of their life and recognize their ability to navigate those stressors.

From her experience in a couple and family therapy program, Rachael utilizes a systemic lens to help individuals, couples, and families better understand their interactional patterns and the factors that promote dysfunction in their lives and relationships. Her approach focuses on empowering clients to alter those patterns and create meaningful, lasting change.
