Sonja (MBA) completed the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program at Purdue University Northwest and has experience working with clients across the lifespan in outpatient settings. She is especially passionate about holistic wellness and takes an integrative, whole-person approach to treatment, tailoring care to the unique needs of each client.

Sonja primarily draws from Strengths-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients maintain full autonomy in their healing process.

Her clinical experience includes working with depressive disorders, suicidal ideation, non-suicidal self-injury, anxiety disorders, body image concerns, and eating-related challenges. Sonja is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as well as Expressive Art Therapy, which she incorporates to support emotional expression, self-awareness, and mind–body connection.
