Elizabeth is a passionate therapist who firmly believes in the power of mental health. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Indiana University Northwest, as well as a Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University's Carver School of Social Work. Elizabeth has experience working in a myriad of different settings with diverse clientele and prefers to draw from her training in trauma-informed, strengths-based practice. She uses several treatment modalities, such as cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and solution-focused therapy to help her clients meet their personalized treatment goals.
Elizabeth strives to meet her clients where they are and foster an environment in which they feel safe to share their feelings, process difficult situations, and become self-aware in order to better understand who they are and what changes they want to see within themselves. She believes that therapy works best when the client is motivated to be honest with themselves and when the therapist and client can form a strong therapeutic alliance. Elizabeth looks forward to working with you to help you reach a place of love and understanding for yourself!
