Dorian is a Star Certified Veterans Specialist and Certified Child-Parent Psychotherapist with over 35 years of experience providing compassionate, nonjudgmental care. She works with adolescents, adults, couples, families, veterans, and first responders navigating Complex Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (C-PTSD), trauma, depression, anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Serious Mental Illness (SMI) including schizophrenia.
Dorian's approach is rooted in creating an atmosphere of trust and safety, exploring each client's strengths and beliefs to build a foundation for healthy skills, insight, and discovering their life mission. Her sessions focus on helping clients navigate life's challenges, resolve conflicts, heal trauma, and develop meaningful relationships.
Dorian's experience spans private practice, intensive outpatient community health, home-based psychotherapeutic intervention programs contracted by probation and DCS, veterans' services, and public and private school systems. She is dedicated to helping clients build confidence and resilience to grow into their best life.
