She has previously conducted support groups for children and caregivers struggling with grief, and she also has experience working with domestic violence survivors at a local shelter.

Ashlee focuses on building connections and collaborating with her clients. She uses Relational Cultural Therapy to help clients not only better understand themselves, but also reflect on the important influences within their lives, such as the relationships, communities, and cultures that impact them. Ashlee also integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to build upon clients' strengths and skills. Above all, she prioritizes each client's needs to create an approach that is best suited to them.

Ashlee is interested in working with a variety of ages and populations. In the past, she has worked with clients who struggled with grief, relationships, anxiety, and trauma.
