Zainab primarily uses an interpersonal process and psychodynamic approach while also drawing from cognitive-behavioral and person-centered strategies. She strives to provide a warm, collaborative space where clients feel valued and safe to share their experiences.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, painting, and playing pickleball.
