Sarah Herbert is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate and a graduate of Valparaiso University, where she received a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Within her program, Sarah gained experience working with a wide range of populations and clinical issues. Her experience includes supporting clients with relationship concerns and couples counseling, trauma, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and the stressors life can bring.
