Rachel Eizenga is a graduate of Eastern University (St. Davids, PA) with a Bachelor’s in Social Work and Rutgers University (New Jersey) with a Master’s in Social Work. She has worked with adults, adolescents, and families in both outpatient and residential settings. Rachel has training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She is passionate about working with clients through a variety of life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relational difficulties, life transitions, spiritual/faith-based concerns, and trauma.

Rachel is dedicated to providing a safe, compassionate space for clients to open up and explore areas of their lives that may be causing distress or holding them back from accomplishing daily tasks or life goals. She hopes to equip clients with tools and strategies to navigate issues in a healthy, empowering way and create positive change in their lives. Rachel encourages open expression of emotions and believes that offering a validating, supportive environment—while also holding clients accountable—is beneficial for the therapeutic process.
