Ryan graduated from Purdue University Global with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and

Organizational Psychology. He is also has a Masters of Art degree, at Indiana Wesleyan University, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy. Throughout his studies, Ryan has developed a deep understanding of therapeutic principles and modalities. He has sharpened his skills in various modalities to help clients navigate their personal challenges.

Ryan has over 15 years of excellence in Corporate Relations Leadership, Corporate Facilitation, and Corporate Coaching. He excels and has a passion in leading, teaching, and guiding all ages and walks of life. Throughout this time, he has served on Educational Boards, in Community Outreach Programs, and serves as an active Christian Humble Servant.

Recently, he has gained expertise in promoting and fostering mental health in marriages and within the family system. He has found a passion for working with individuals, couples, families, and teenagers. He enjoys having the capability to empower all ages to acknowledge, and better their mental health. In his time of clinical practice, he has been able to plant everlasting seeds of light, help, and hope in the hearts of many individuals, couples, families, and teenagers. All in hopes that one day each seed will sprout and bear the fruits of success, self-care, self-compassion, self-confidence, and healing.

In his clinical therapeutic approach, Ryan practices Emotionally Focused Therapy and Internal Family Systems in guiding clients on their journey of healing in attunement between emotions and self. He also integrates Faith, Gottman Couples Therapy, Music Therapy, EFT, IFS, Narrative and ACT.
