Brody first found his passion for psychology in sport during his four years as a collegiate baseball player. He then earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Purdue University Northwest and a Master’s in Psychology of Sport and Physical Activity from Illinois State University.
Professionally, Brody uses his background in sport psychology while working as a teacher and high school baseball coach. His experience has allowed him to work with many individuals from different age groups and backgrounds. His expertise can assist clients who are struggling with mental setbacks such as burnout, performance anxiety, or lack of motivation. He can also provide clients with mental techniques that may offer an edge in performance, such as visualization, self-talk, or arousal regulation.
His goal is to help clients identify, develop, and then self-regulate mental strategies in order to benefit performance.
