Fear has a way of shrinking life. Jessi’s work is about helping people take it back. She believes growth happens when we move towards what matters, even when anxiety shows up loudly. In her therapy room, honesty is welcomed, avoidance is gently challenged, and meaningful change is built through action.

Jessi serves as the Director of OCD & Anxiety Exposure Services at Pillars of Wellness, helping lead structured, evidence-based care for obsessive-compulsive and anxiety-related disorders. While she has advanced training in exposure-based approaches, her clinical work extends beyond anxiety alone. Jessi also works with mood disorders, trauma, and identity-related challenges, supporting clients who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from the person they want to be.

Her work centers on the belief that courage grows in the doing. Real change happens when we take action in uncomfortable moments. Combining evidence-based approaches with a dose of humor, Jessi believes that every action is a vote for the person we want to become. Her work stays grounded in the present, the here and now, where transformation actually unfolds.

Jessi is a firm believer that life should be filled with meaning and significance. Her mantra? Pain might be unavoidable, but suffering is optional. If you’re looking for someone to challenge you, yet stand steadfastly by your side, Jessi’s your therapist. She’ll help you navigate the rough patches, cast votes for your future self, and build courage through action.
