Assessment Psychologist (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments, including clinical interviews, test administration, scoring, interpretation, and integrated report writing.
- Provide diagnostic clarification for clients presenting with complex clinical concerns.
- Complete disability evaluations, including documentation for functional limitations and treatment recommendations.
- Conduct pre-surgical evaluations (e.g., bariatric, pain management, or other medical procedures requiring clearance).
- Perform court-ordered psychological evaluations as assigned.
- Collaborate with referral sources, medical providers, attorneys, and treatment teams to ensure clarity and accuracy in reporting.
- Maintain thorough, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards, including those set by the APA, state licensure boards, and relevant agencies.
Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (PhD/PsyD) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology
- Current license as a psychologist in the state of Indiana.
- HSPP endorsement
- Experience conducting psychological assessments with adults, adolescents, and/or children.
- Strong skills in test administration, scoring, and integrated report writing.
- Ability to balance hybrid work (in-person and remote) with client and organizational needs.
