About the Program
The Mindful Wellness Program at Pillars of Wellness offers compassionate, individualized care designed to help individuals build sustainable mindfulness practices, reduce stress, and improve emotional regulation.
Our clinicians provide a supportive, individualized space for growth and learning, utilizing evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions and trauma-informed approaches to help clients develop practical skills they can apply in daily life.

This program is ideal for adults who are:
- Experiencing chronic stress, anxiety, or burnout
- Seeking better emotional regulation and self-awareness
- Navigating life transitions, grief, or emotional overwhelm
- Wanting to deepen their connection to body and mind
- Looking to build or strengthen a personal mindfulness practice

- Individuals
- Small groups (up to 5 participants)
- Staff teams through organizational partnerships
What You Can Expect
The Mindful Wellness Program provides structured, evidence-based support for developing sustainable mindfulness practices and managing stress effectively.
All care is delivered in a culturally inclusive, trauma-informed, judgment-free environment.
Each session may include:
- Mindfulness instruction and guided practice
- Psychoeducation and discussion of weekly topic
- Personalized reflection and exercises
- Coping tools clients can apply immediately
- Progress tracking and tailored feedback
Program Format
Session Length: 50–60 minutes
Delivery Method: Virtual / In-person
Frequency: Weekly
Individual Option: 8 one-on-one sessions per program cycle
Staff Access: Offered through agency or organizational partnerships

Meet Our Lead Clinician
Lead Clinician: Kelly Johnson, LMHC
Our clinicians are licensed, trauma-informed, and trained in CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and evidence-based stress management practices with expertise in individualized mindfulness programs and experiential learning.
Pillars of Wellness is a community-based mental health organization providing therapy, education, and specialty programs across Indiana and surrounding regions.
