Inclusive Care Services at Pillars of Wellness provides culturally responsive, affirming mental health care for individuals from diverse backgrounds. Our program is built on the belief that every person deserves therapy that honors their full identity—including their culture, language, immigration experience, sexual orientation, gender identity, and lived experiences.

Our clinicians are trained in multiculturalism, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based approaches to ensure that each client feels genuinely seen, respected, and supported. We also offer specialized Immigration Mental Health Evaluations for individuals navigating immigration cases.

We also serve individuals undergoing immigration cases who need Immigration Mental Health Evaluations.

What You Can Expect

Inclusive Care Services provides affirming, culturally responsive support tailored to each client’s unique identity and lived experience.

Each session may include:

  • Psychoeducation on the mental health impacts of diverse backgrounds
  • Coping tools tailored to cultural context
  • Guided open discussion in a validating, affirming space
  • Multicultural approaches to therapy
  • Trauma-informed care throughout

All care is delivered in a culturally inclusive, trauma-informed, judgment-free environment.

Program Format

Session Length: 60 min for therapy sessions; 120 min+ for Immigration Mental Health Evaluations
Delivery Method: Virtual / In-person / Hybrid
Frequency: Weekly / Biweekly; as needed for immigration cases
Group Option: Available for up to 8 individuals
Staff Access: Offered to agency partners

Our clinicians are licensed, trauma-informed, and trained in multiculturalism, CBT, DBT, mindfulness approaches, and more. Each clinician brings lived experience and specialized expertise to provide care that is truly affirming and culturally responsive.

What is an Immigration Mental Health Evaluation?
An Immigration Mental Health Evaluation is a clinical assessment conducted by a licensed mental health professional to support immigration cases. These evaluations document the psychological impact of trauma, persecution, or other experiences relevant to an individual’s immigration proceedings.

Do you offer services in languages other than English?
Yes. Several of our clinicians are multilingual and can provide services in languages other than English. Please contact us to discuss your specific language needs.

Is this program only for the LGBTQIA2S+ community?
No. Inclusive Care Services supports individuals from a wide range of backgrounds including those navigating immigration, cultural identity, race and ethnicity, disability, and socioeconomic challenges.

Are services available in person or virtually?
We offer virtual, in-person, and hybrid options to best meet each client’s needs and circumstances.

Can youth access these services?
Yes. We have clinicians who specialize in supporting youth who are questioning their sexual identity and orientation, as well as young people navigating cultural and immigration-related challenges.
