About the Program
The 12 Week Substance Use Recovery Program at Pillars of Wellness provides structured, skill-based individual therapy for individuals ages 15+ seeking to reduce or stop substance use while improving their overall mental, physical, relational, and emotional wellness.
Using evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach, our clinicians help clients develop practical recovery skills, identify and navigate triggers, create personalized relapse prevention plans, and build healthier coping strategies. The program addresses both substance use and any co-occurring mental health conditions in an integrated, holistic manner.
