Position title
Swag and Brand Specialist (Clinician Role)
Description

This role qualifies as a Center of Excellence (CoE) position, which provides clinicians with a structured pathway to develop expertise in a specific program, niche, or service line while maintaining a reduced caseload. The CoE model is designed to foster both professional growth and organizational innovation by allowing clinicians to dedicate time to program development, leadership, and specialized service expansion. As clinicians progress within the CoE framework, they can further reduce their caseload expectations in alignment with their program's growth and impact. Our goal is to empower all staff to explore their passion areas, refine their leadership skills, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of our organization and the field of mental health.

Pillars of Wellness is seeking a clinician with a creative edge — someone who brings both mental health insight and a passion for style, branding, and community engagement. This role will oversee PillarsShop.com, our swag and lifestyle platform, ensuring every item and campaign aligns with our mission to inspire wellness through creativity, connection, and authenticity.

This is a specialty clinician position for someone who wants to merge mental health with meaningful branding. You’ll be responsible for managing the swag line, conceptualizing new products, running social campaigns, and ensuring the Pillars brand remains relevant, inclusive, and inspiring.

Hours and Growth:
•    3 hours per week to start
•    Promotional opportunities available if the swag line evolves into a profitable business unit or new program (e.g., a “Mental Health Merch” service line or wellness shop initiative under a future Center of Excellence model).

Additional Opportunities:

If this initiative grows into a profitable program or recognized Center of Excellence (per CoE development process ), this clinician could:
•    Expand into a Program Lead or Specialist role
•    Oversee a team of creatives and clinicians contributing to wellness-based products
•    Develop workshops or content on “Mental Health Meets Branding”

How to Apply:

Interested clinicians should message Amber Wehle directly in EHR with:
•    A short paragraph on your creative or fashion background
•    1–2 ideas for a seasonal product or campaign
•    Confirmation of your ability to dedicate 3 hours per week
