Position title
OCD Specialist (Therapist)
Description

This role qualifies as a Center of Excellence (CoE) position, which provides clinicians with a structured pathway to develop expertise in a specific program, niche, or service line while maintaining a reduced caseload. The CoE model is designed to foster both professional growth and organizational innovation by allowing clinicians to dedicate time to program development, leadership, and specialized service expansion. As clinicians progress within the CoE framework, they can further reduce their caseload expectations in alignment with their program's growth and impact. Our goal is to empower all staff to explore their passion areas, refine their leadership skills, and contribute meaningfully to the advancement of our organization and the field of mental health.

We are seeking an OCD Specialist—a dual-role clinician who will maintain a personal caseload while serving as a collaborator within our OCD Specialized Services program.

Responsibilities

Clinical Duties

  • Maintain a personal caseload providing evidence-based treatment for OCD and related disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory requirements.

Program Development

  • Collaborate with the Center of Excellence leadership team to refine and expand the OCD Specialized Services program.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to OCD service line clinicians to maintain treatment fidelity and quality of care.
  • Assist with training opportunities and internal workshops for staff development.

Outreach and Collaboration

  • Build and strengthen referral relationships with community partners, healthcare systems, and universities.
  • Identify and engage in networking opportunities to promote the OCD program within the broader clinical and academic communities.
  • Represent the OCD service line in professional meetings, trainings, and outreach initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Associate or Independent License (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, LSW, or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently.
