She loves working with teens, adults, and couples, and is passionate about creating a space where every client feels seen, heard, and valued.
Amaya specializes in Emotion-Focused Therapy and thoughtfully integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), always tailoring her approach to honor each person’s unique identity and lived experience. Her work is rooted in a person-centered philosophy, and she believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive, and empowering journey.
