  • Collaborate with agency leadership to define and achieve program goals, metrics, and community impact.
  • Develop and implement strategies to grow the Christian Counseling team, including recruiting, mentoring, and training new providers.
  • Network with churches, faith-based organizations, and community leaders to promote the program and establish referral relationships.
  • Maintain ethical, culturally competent, and client-centered care in line with agency and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with marketing and outreach initiatives specific to the Christian Counseling Program.
  • Model servant leadership and foster a spiritually nourishing work environment.
Qualifications
  • Fully licensed mental health professional (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, HSPP, or equivalent).

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical or faith-based setting strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to inspire, encourage, and lead others.
