Angelicah Shaver is a clinical mental health therapist and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC). She received her Master’s in Education from Purdue University Northwest’s Clinical Mental Health program. She offers both telehealth and in-person client services.
In her practice, Angelicah draws heavily from her training in trauma-informed care and mindfulness-based CBT. She provides a client-led experience and collaborates directly with clients to create highly individualized treatment goals. These goals may range from developing a light mindfulness routine for basic coping to making a personal commitment to a deep and transformative daily mindfulness practice. Polyvagal theory, breathwork, and guided meditation are often incorporated into these practices.
Angelicah provides services to clients of all ages, offering age-appropriate interventions for different life stages.
